Our Services

We are a locally based business operating in East Surrey and the surrounding areas. Our years of experience means that we treat every job with skill and care. We know that the best way of providing you with the right cleaning service, is to conduct a detailed site visit. This will enable us to assess your cleaning requirements and provide you with a service that is right for you. We will do the hard work for you, so that you have more time to do the more important things in your life.

Commercial Cleaning Operations

We are directly responsible for our Commercial Cleaning operations
We clean offices and common area space;

All staff are locally sourced, directly employed, and trained in a variety of cleaning techniques.

We are members of the Living Wage Foundation and all our staff are paid in line with or above the Living Wage Foundation’s recommendations. More information about the Living Wage Foundation can be found here

We clean and are not limited to the following:
Offices, surgeries (dentists, doctors, vets), common areas, receptions,

Window Cleaning

Our preferred supplier uses several techniques:

  • “hands on glass”, working from the ground and using conventional ladder techniques, up to a safe working height of 7 metres.

  • de-ionised water fed telescopic poles provide an effective working height of 15 metres from the ground and are a safer and quicker alternative to conventional ladders. The trade-off can sometimes be the quality of finish, mostly because the operative is working some 50 ft away from the glass!

Carpet Cleaning

We don’t recommend dry powder cleaning, and would always suggest wet extraction done by experts. It’s all in the extraction, so efficient and powerful vacuum pumps are essential, and our principal supplier uses a van mounted system with the most powerful vacuum pumps around.

Of course that also means that carpets on the top floor of a tower block become impractical using this method so a secondary supplier deals with the more impractical tasks.

Washroom Services

In this sector our preferred supplier (of some 15 years) has several services:

  • Feminine hygiene rental, collection and disposal service on a weekly/2 weekly or monthly basis. The bins come in a variety of sizes and colours (providing those colours are grey, black or chrome)

  • Soaps – of many different colours and scents, serviced at a frequency to suit.

  • Air fresheners. Serviced monthly, air fresheners can be either gel based or aerosol and come in a variety of scents.

  • A less widely used but still available service is roller towels laundered monthly

Pest Control

Our preferred supplier (of 14 years) is able to deal with most areas of pest control, including mice, rats, cockroaches, ants, wasps and stingy insects, and pigeons.
